Please see below for more information regarding legal services from the affiliate law firm, these are starting point prices, and additional tailored services for each specific scenario have additional fees:
1. S-Corp Entity Election $152

Convert LLC disregarded entity to S-Corp to save on self-employment taxes.

Prepare and file S-Election application to the IRS along with Rev Proc attachment where necessary for late applicaitons.
2. LLC or S-Corp Entity Set-Up $595 plus state filing fees

LLC or S-Corp setup with state and all required docs

Work with firm's paralegal who drafts what the client's requests. Any attorney time that is requested is billed hourly.

We file all docs with state, obtain IRS EIN, and complete operating agreement/bylaws, minutes, and corporate book.
3. Standard estate plan $1,895:

Revocable Living Trust and Will planning for your estate to avoid probate.

Consult with an Attorney for up to 1.5 Hours on your estate plan with recommendations to properly execute your plans for your estate and loved ones.

Includes, trust, wills, powers of attorney finances and health care, advance directive/living will and other ancillary docs.
4. Solo 401k $995:

Set up Solo 401(k) using the law firm’s IRS pre-approved solo 401(k) docs tailored to your company.

Consult with an Attorney up to 1 hour on Solo 401(k) on plan docs, qualification, contribution, conversions, and self-directing.

Includes solo 401(k) plan documents, adoption agreement, obtain plan EIN, and a comprehensive solo 401(k) binder with instructions on operating the solo(k) and common forms.
5. Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) $404

Prepare HRA (health reimsursement arrangement) document for company in order to save on taxes by deducting health care expenses.

Consultation up to 30 minutes on HRA and how health care expenses can be reimbursed and written off.
